1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WebTech BD's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WebTech BD provides domain registration, DNS management, domain transfer, and related web services. We act as an intermediary between you and domain registrars to facilitate these services.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Domain Registration

  • Domain registration is subject to availability and the policies of the respective registrar
  • You must provide accurate WHOIS information as required by ICANN
  • Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed
  • Auto-renewal may be enabled by default; you can disable it from your account settings

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable
  • Wallet deposits are non-refundable but can be used for future purchases
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

6. Domain Transfers

  • Domain transfers must comply with ICANN transfer policies
  • Transfer fees include one year of domain renewal
  • You must have the authorization code (EPP code) from your current registrar
  • Domains must be unlocked and not within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer

7. DNS Management

We provide DNS management tools for domains registered through our platform. We are not responsible for any downtime or issues resulting from incorrect DNS configuration by the user.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Distributing malware, phishing, or spam
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

9. Limitation of Liability

WebTech BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of your registered domains, which can be transferred to another registrar.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
